June 15th Edmonds Center for the Arts Time: 2p check in and 3:30 gig

2:00 pm - Chorale/MTHS Jazz Band & Combo members arrive.  Chorale goes over needed sections
3:00 pm - Clear the stage, Doors open
3:20 pm - Chorale Circle - A thoughtfulness/prayer for our best performance
3:30 pm - Concert begins
5:30ish pm - Concert ends we all help to clean up, collect props, clean out green rooms, etc.  No one is done until everyone is done.
