I’m looking forward to hearing your fine band. You will be the only other school performing with BC’s Jazz Band on the program this evening. Our Guest Artist is Bill Ramsey.

The concert starts at 7:30, please plan on arriving at the College by 6:30 P.M. so that we can show you the warm-up and the instrument storage areas.

1. You will be first on the program and then the BC Jazz Band.

2. We would like your program to be at least 40 minutes.

3. You will warm up and sound check on the stage in the Carlson at 6:30 to 7:00, ready to play at 7:30.

4. Please plan on using our drum set and amps. This will help make things move more smoothly. BC personnel will be back stage ready to assist you if needed.

5. If you have any additional needs or questions please contact me and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

6. Lyneen needs your list of student names and instruments; she will also need a list of the charts and composers that you will be performing. Please submit by May 28th.

7. Lyneen will be sending you a couple of posters and directions to BC
